Choosing the right people or kennel to look after your 4 legged loved one while away is such a huge decision and can make or break your peace of mind during your vacation! Believe me, I know!... as a breeder I want the best for my babies when I raise them AND after I home them! That's why I offer this service for my 4-legged extended family members! Whether it's a night, a weekend or a month... family can always come home to visit! They will be treated as family, as they are family!
What the average day looks like at Six Mile!

7:00 good morning lovelies here's your breakfast!

7:30 breezing ~ groups of compatible dogs to rip around the yard and dip in the pond if so choose while I clean up the pens

9:00 turned out in the back fenced play yard with friends

3:00 short walk, ball play in the yard with family and sometimes a quick dip in our crystal clear Six Mile Creek!

5:00 supper time in crate or kennel

5:30 front yard play while we do farm chores

7:00 downtime in the kennel

9:00 last check, lights out! zzzz...
What I charge for my time and all the tender loving care!

$30 per day or portion of day passed 12 noon
-
$20 per day or portion of day for your second dog if bunking together

$25 per day if staying 30+ days
What to bring:

Food, leash, Collar
All boarders must be UTD and have proof of Vaccination record! If your dog shows any aggression towards other dogs or people (biting, guarding of food or toys) this setting is not suitable for your dog. All boarders must be well socialized.
Accommodations
Boarders have the option of staying in our home if I do not have a litter on the ground, or staying in the kennel where my dogs are housed. I have transformed my attached garage into a small kennel. Every dog has it's own 4' x 8' space or 8' x 8' space if buddied up each having a crate with a bed. Water dispenser and a walk out doggie door to the side or back play yard. The floor is cool cement and sanitized daily, sometimes twice a day! The dogs are usually only in this area after dark and for their meals, otherwise they are on hikes or in one of the outside yards.
